Some of the coldest beer and best cheese fries anywhere! The chicken quesadillas are the best around! Way better than the Mexican places!
I've never been asked if it was okay if the burger was on mashed potatoes. Befuddled, I said yes, not knowing what to expect, really. Not only it was okay, it was amazing. That deconstructed burger and mashed potatoes with Guinness sauce was an absolutely delicious dish, and the portion was large enough for leftovers! The place is nice. Less pub/sports bar, more family-friendly neighborhood restaurant, although it still feels very much like a pub. Staff is friendly and attentive (at least at the bar), and overall it's just a nice and chill place to be. Highly recommend!
Came into town from New Jersey and found this fantastic Irish Pub! My husband said the Shepherd's Pie was very tasty. I had the salmon with a buttery rice, fresh carrots and broccoli srrounded by a nice carrot honey puree!! Meg, our server, was very nice and attentive. We sat outside to dine and it was a pleasant experience thanks to some nice upbeat music in the background. Topped it off with yummy summer drinks--Irish Mule and Blackberry Bramble!!
Great place for breakfast/lunch. Had a very good vegetable omelette and others had large breakfast burrito, avocado toast, and a chili bowl with mushroom sandwich. We went on Sunday with free parking in car park lot one street behind restaurant. Genial hosts and good early/pre-NFL game atmosphere.
Such a laid back place, perfect after a long drive. Food & service was great. The apple pie was fantastic
Food is excellent, so is the service 3 out of 4 times. The other days service was ok to great. Today it was nonexistent. Got up and left after sitting waiting on a server that never came. Shepherds pie was fantastic and reasonably priced. Atmosphere is pretty quiet to moderate.
This has been our favorite place since we moved here. Good selection of pub food (shepherds pie, chicken pot pie, Guinness stew) as well as monthly specials. Good draft beer selection. The calamari is our go to appetizer. Usually plenty of seating for walk-ins. They also have many out of market games on the TVs.
Best clubs sandwiches in the area! The staff is great..especially at the bar..always friendly and games are always playing..best food spot on 23rd street
We sat at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. We had the fried pickles, chicken and leek soup, and beef stew. Everything was amazing. The beef stew had so much flavor! I would have ordered a 2nd one if I room for more. The pickles were still crunchy and hot when we bit into them
